3. Pls help your team and be cooperative to your leader.

Pls find this occasion as an opportunity for you to learn from these talks. Attend the sessions you find interesting to you with or without the req't.

Enjoy the sessions..

Reminders to Group Leaders of Em-Tech

Pls try your best to get the cooperation of your members and delegate the tasks accordingly.

1. Assign a moderator that will facilitate the talk including the open forum. Be conscious of the time. There are still other lectures after your session.
2. Attend to the req'ts of your speaker~~laptop, microphone, audio speakers or even laser pointer as the case maybe.
3. Ensure you have the certificate and your token before the start of the session.
4. Make a good introduction of the speaker and don't forget to thank him or her.
5. Route an attendance sheet~~include the course and section.
6. G103 is going to be the speakers' station room. You can accommodate the speaker here. If you intend to bring your speaker to La Casita, ensure you have reservation. Otherwise you will not be permitted in the Andrew or Sports bldg' La Casita canteen.
7. Take at least 3 photos of your group's session. Put the photos on the last page of your group assessment paper.
8. Group assessment paper is due on Feb. 16-17, class time.

These are all reminders. As junior students I expect you'll handle the event professionally.
